Your Thoughts Affect Your Physical Health

When a person is ill it is easy to concentrate on the gripping power of the illness rather than on the possibility of getting well. When this s happens it permits the illness to be a mental as well as physical. What do I mean by this?

Every time you think a thought that is depressive or of happiness, these thought cut subtle grooves in the brain cells and strengthens the tendency towards sickness or of health.

The subconscious idea-habit of disease or health exerts a strong influence.  A difficult mental or physical illness has a deep root in the sub-consciousness. Pulling out its hidden roots can cure illness. That is why all affirmations of the conscious mind should be impressive enough to permeate the sub-consciousness, which is turn influences, the conscious mind.

Affirmations should be done everyday saying them at least 10 times upon rising in the morning and before you go to bed.

Here are some affirmations for health.

I give thanks for my health and wellness.

I have plenty of energy that last throughout the day

I see this day and everyday as an opportunity to be healed of ____(you choose)

I release all negative thoughts and focus only on the positive in my life.

While EFT is a bit different then just positive affirmations the person may start out with verbalizing the  negative emotions and then totally accepting yourself and then later  positive affirmations can be used with the tapping technique of EFT.
