Your Health, Your Choice

Many years ago there was the belief that science with new medicines and costly diagnostic procedures could eradicate disease. However, as the years have progressed more and more people realized that orthodox medicine did not have all the answers and things as simple as nutrition have been ignored by traditional medicine.

Orthodox medicine ignores natural healing for the most part. I have talked with people undergoing something as serious as cancer and they are told to eat whatever you want.

Orthodox medicine doesn’t consider strengthening the body’s own immune system through natural nutritional means, stress reduction, or healthful diets. To ignore these factors overlooks a more conservative and even many times a more effective treatment in the long run. But in the end taking the best practices of orthodox and alternative therapy seems to be the best approach.

As the title of the blog indicates, Health’s a Choices We make choices for either health or for disease every single day. By taking ownership of your own health then we have the power to improve it.

My goal is to provide relative information to help you seek those answers to help you Take Control of Your Own Health.
